Our facotry have total area about 15000 square meters(office area about 1000 square meters, lighting show room about 1000 square meters, work shop and public area about 13000 square meters), we have 150 employees that included 40 office employees and 130 producing department employees. We have own metalwork factory, polish factory, brass costing workshop, painting workshop, plating workshop and complete lamp assembly workshop.

1: If customer have designated freight forwarder, customer can arrange your forwarder to collection your goods after order finished, we will provide invoice and packing list to customs clearance, the rest of documents need to be provided by your shipping forwarder.

2: if customer don’t have designated freight forwarder, we will ask for UPS, DHL or FEDEX to collection your goods, customer is responsible for shipping charges based on the actual weight of the products, once we received the shipping payment, we will call the shipping agent to pick up the goods and providing tracking number to customer check the shipping details.

About customized: once shop drawing get approved and we finished the order based on customer required, if there is any change to be caused the extra charge after we start production, customer have to pay it by themselves. If any problem that caused by our factory, we will re-do the order for customer. And pay attention, all customized items cannot be returned.

About quotation: if customer need an offer, please try your best to give us details item size, material, quantity and clear image or CAD drawing, because different requirement that price will be different, details specs will help us provide you correct budget.

Delivery time: Order need about 30-35 days once we get approved drawing and deposit from customer, we will delay the production if there is any color problem and revision about items.

Shipping Clarify: 

1: We used to make full foam and wood box to make sure your goods safety, if there is any damage during shipping, we will provide free spare parts to customer replace it, but customer need to pay for the freight cost.

2: If customer requested extra pallet and plywood box, customer need to pay for the charge by themselves.

3: If customer need us to shipping the goods to another place after order finished, customer need to pay for the extra shipping cost.
